摘 要:高性能修补砂浆能够较好地弥补由环境侵蚀引起的混凝土结构表面破坏、保护层脱落及钢筋外露等缺陷。为研制高性能修补砂浆,首先加入甲酸钙和乙酸钙两种早强剂来提高普通硅酸盐水泥砂浆的早期抗折强度和抗压强度,并探究了聚合物掺量对其黏结强度的影响。结果表明,两种早强剂的最佳掺量分别为1%和0.5%,聚合物的最佳掺量为10%。
Abstract: Defects such as surface damage of concrete structures, peeling off of protective layers and exposed steel bars caused by environmental erosion can be well compensated by high performance repair mortar. In order to develop high performance repair mortar, two early strength agents of calcium formate and calcium acetate were first added to improve the early flexural strength and compressive strength of ordinary Portland cement mortar, and the effect of polymer content on its bond strength was explored. The results show that the optimum dosage of the two early strength agents is 1% and 0.5% respectively, and the optimum dosage of the polymer is 10%.
