摘 要: 以质量管理体系为出发点,对混凝土企业质量管理机构的设置进行了研究。说明了混凝土企业参照ISO9001标准编制的质量手册、程序文件和作业指导书是企业质量管理制度的最好范本,并对混凝土企业如何体现ISO质量管理体系中“全员参与”和“以顾客为关注焦点”的管理机制进行了探讨。通过对混凝土企业原材料质量管理、混凝土配合比设计、生产过程以及混凝土出厂前和施工现场交货后应储备的相关技术资料的调查,分析了混凝土企业文件管理的价值。 Abstract: The setup of the quality management institutions for concrete enterprises is researched with a starting point of quality management system. The quality manuals, procedure documents and operation guidance book compiled by the standard of ISO9001 are the best copies for the enterprises' quality management system of concrete enterprises, and how to reflect the administrative mechanism of "all staff participation" and "customer focused" with ISO quality management system in concrete enterprises is discussed. Through the investigations of the raw material quality management of concrete enterprises, mix proportion design of concrete, production procedure, and relative reserve technical data when concrete before leaving factory and after consignment in the construction location, the value of document management in concrete enterprises is analyzed

摘 要:悬辊机悬辊轴经过一段时间的使用后会产生磨损,必须定期修复。采用自动补焊机对悬辊机悬辊轴进行补焊修复,经过一年多的现场使用,和传统的人工修复相比,极大地提高了悬辊轴的修复效率,降低了修复成本,修复后悬辊轴的使用寿命提高2倍以上。 Abstract:After a period of using time, the hanging-roller axis of hanging-roller machine will be weared and teared and it need to be repaired regularly. The auto-repair welding machine is used to repair and weld the hanging-roller axis of hanging-roller machine, and after one year’s field using, comparing with the traditional manual repairing, it can greatly improve the repairing efficiency of hanging-roller axis and reduce the cost of repairing. The service life of hanging-roller axis after repairing can enhance more than two-times.

摘 要:结合实际工程,介绍了直线加速器机房工程重晶石混凝土原材料的选择及重晶石混凝土施工配合比设计。为防止重晶石防辐射大体积混凝土产生裂缝,在施工过程中采取了适当的技术措施及跟踪测温信息化施工的保温养护。实践证明,所采取的措施是可靠有效的。 Abstract:Combining with practical engineering, material selections of barite concrete in linear accelerator machine room project and mix proportion design of barite concrete construction are introduced. To prevent cracks of barite radiation-resistant mass concrete, during the construction process, proper technological measures and insulated and curing techniques of informational construction for tracking and temperature testing are adopted. As a result, the adopting measures are reliable and effective.

摘 要:作为一种新型的高速铁路建筑材料,CRTS-Ⅰ型无砟轨道板具有结构截面尺寸小、自重轻、机械化程度高、易于辅装、便于维护、产品通用性好、造价较低等特点。在哈大高速铁路上获得成功运用,能确保轨道板铺设质量、精度和耐久性,为高速铁路的舒适性和平顺性提供了保证。 Abstract:As a new kind of building material for high-speed railway, CRTS-Ⅰ type unballasted track plates have the characteristics of small size of structure sections, light weight, high mechanization degree, easy paving, convenient maintenance, good products universality and lower cost. Through the successful application on Ha-da high-speed railway, the paving quality, precision and durability of track plates are ensured, which provide an assurance to the comfort and ride performance of high-speed railway.

摘 要:复合型土钉墙可应用于含水丰富的粉细砂、砂卵石地层,亦可应用于厚度小于4m、无临时自稳能力的淤泥等饱和软弱地层,并可兼作挡水结构。复合型土钉墙中的帷幕体除了起着挡水、载水作用外,另外一个重要作用是固化饱和软弱地层,在支护工作面形成一道“屏障”,保证支护工作面不出现流沙或淤泥流动等地层损失现象。结合某深基坑工程案例,介绍了土钉支护技术的具体应用情况。 Abstract: Composite soil-nailing wall can be applied in water-rich fine sand stratum、cobble and sand stratum, and can also be used in soft soil layer which is less than 4m thickness, non-provisional self-stability silt and other saturated soft soil layers, and it can also be applied to water-retaining structure. Curtains of composite soil-nailing wall not only have the role of water-retaining and water-loading, but also have the role of curing saturated soft soil layer, which can form a barrier in supporting working face to ensure not appearing layer lose phenomenon such as shifting sand or flowing silt. Combining with a deep foundation pit project, the specific application situations of soil-nailing supporting technique are introduced.

摘 要:研究了采用不同品牌水泥和保水增稠剂复合制备的专用水泥的性能,结果表明,通过控制保水增稠剂掺量,专用水泥贮存0d以及3个月后配制砂浆的保水率、强度、收缩等性能均能满足现行预拌砂浆标准要求。为采用不同品牌水泥配制预拌砂浆专用水泥提供了依据。 Abstract:The performances of special cement compositely prepared by different brands cement and water-preserving thickener are studied. The results show that through controlling the dosage of water-preserving thickener, the performances such as water-retention rate, strength and shrinkage of mortar prepared by special cement storing after 0d and 3 months can satisfy the requirements of current ready-mixed mortar standards, which provide a basis for using different brands cement to prepare special cement for ready-mixed mortar.

摘 要:对新型墙体保温材料——树叶混凝土进行了探索性研究。试验结果表明,各种不同粒径树叶的pH值呈酸性,无机早强剂和有机早强剂对树叶水泥混凝土凝结时间有影响。 Abstract: An exploratory study of a new type of wall thermal insulation material-leaf concrete using leaves as the raw material has been made. The experimental results show that pH values of leaves with different particle sizes are acid, and the inorganic and organic early strength agents have influences on the setting time of leaf concrete.

摘 要:制作了再生骨料掺入量为75%的再生混凝土多孔砖,进行了再生混凝土多孔砖砌体块材抗压及抗折试验。试验结果表明,再生混凝土多孔砖块材抗压强度平均值为8.46 MPa;同时,进行了再生混凝土多孔砖砌体抗剪性能试验,考察了再生混凝土多孔砖砌体在不同砂浆强度下的抗剪承载力,分析了再生混凝土多孔砖砌体受剪破坏特征。在此基础上,通过对试验数据的回归分析,提出了再生混凝土多孔砖砌体抗剪强度计算公式。 Abstract: Recycled aggregates concrete perforated bricks are produced using 75% recycled aggregates dosage. The compressive strength and flexural strength tests of recycled aggregates concrete perforated brick masonry are carried out. The experimental results show that the average compressive strength of recycled aggregates concrete perforated brick masonry is 8.46MPa, and the shear behavior tests for recycled aggregates concrete perforated brick masonry are carried out. The shear bearing capacity of recycled aggregates concrete perforated brick masonry under different mortar strengths is investigated, and the characteristics of shearing-failure of recycled aggregates concrete perforated brick masonry are analyzed. Based on the test results, the shear strength calculation formula of recycled aggregates concrete perforated brick masonry is proposed according to the regression analysis of experimental data.

摘 要:为提高高强、超高强混凝土的韧性和抗开裂性能,采用复合超叠加技术在配制出抗压强度110MPa以上基体混凝土的基础上,分别配制出了钢纤维增强超高强混凝土、PVA纤维增强高强混凝土,同时对不同体积掺量的两种纤维混凝土进行了立方体抗压、轴向抗压、劈裂抗拉、抗弯性能和弹性模量等力学性能的测试,并对超高强纤维混凝土进行了弯曲韧性的试验研究。结果表明,钢纤维对高强混凝土的立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度有一定的增强作用,PVA纤维却降低了高强混凝土的立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度。两种纤维都能明显改善基体混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度、抗弯强度及弯曲韧性。对此种超高强基体混凝土,钢纤维的增强增韧效果明显好于PVA纤维。 Abstract:To improve toughness and crack resistance of high-strength and ultra high-strength concrete, based on preparing normal concretes with over 110MPa compressive strength by the multiple super-overlapping technology, steel fiber-reinforced ultra high-strength concrete and PVA fiber-reinforced high-strength concrete are separately prepared. At the same time, the mechanical properties of cubic compressive strength, axial compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, bending behavior and elastic modulus of two kinds of fiber reinforced concrete with different volume dosage are tested. And flexural toughness of ultra high-strength fiber reinforced concrete is researched. The results indicate that cubic compressive strength and axial compressive strength of high strength concrete reinforced by steel fiber have the definite enhancement, but PVA fiber can decrease the cubic compressive strength and axial compressive strength of high strength concrete. Two kinds of fiber can obviously improve splitting tensile strength, bending behavior and flexural toughness of normal concrete. For this kind of ultra high-strength normal concrete, the effects of steel fiber on enhanced intensity and toughness are better than the effects of PVA fiber.
