摘 要:路桥过渡段用泡沫混凝土代替传统的填料进行浇筑,为缓解桥头跳车问题提供了一种新的途径。本文进行正交设计试验,对泡沫混凝土的抗压强度、吸水率和流动度等指标进行了分析研究;通过验证试验确定了最终的推荐最佳组合,并提出了标准化施工工艺流程与相应的施工要求。
Abstract: Traditional filler is replaced by foam concrete between the abutment and the subgrade, which can alleviate bump at approaches to the bridge. The orthogonal test is carried out to analyze the compressive strength, water absorption rate and fluidity of foam concrete. The best recommended combination is determined by verification test, and the standardized construction process and corresponding construction requirements are proposed.
