摘 要:为研究高强混凝土配合比优化设计,采用矿渣粉和微硅粉两种高活性矿物掺合料以及高效减水剂等“三掺”技术,通过对掺合料用量优化及减水剂配方调整,进行了多次试验、分析、比选,确定了混凝土最佳配合比,配制出工作性和抗裂性好、力学性能优以及耐久性强的高强混凝土,从而满足工程设计和施工要求,更好地保证工程质量。
Abstract: In order to study the optimization design of mix proportion of high strength concrete, two kinds of high active mineral admixtures(slag powder and silica powder) and highly water-reducing agents, referred to as "three doping" technology were used, the dosage of admixture was optimized and the formula was adjusted, and through multiple testing, analysis, matching, the best optimal mix of concrete was determined, and high strength concrete with good working performance, crack resistance, mechanical properties and durability was prepared to meet the requirements of engineering design and construction, and better guarantee the construction quality.
