碳化对蒸压加气混凝土砌块变形和力学性能的影响

摘 要:通过碳化实验,测定了加气混凝土砌块在碳化条件下的收缩变形、碳化深度,碳化后加气混凝土砌块的抗压强度和抗折强度。研究结果表明:实验室碳化条件下加气混凝土砌块的收缩发展呈现三个阶段:(I)早期快速发展阶段,(II)稳定阶段,(III)加速发展阶段;表面砂浆层能够明显降低碳化收缩的发展,加气混凝土砌块碳化深度与碳化时间成正比,抗压强度和抗折强度都随着碳化的发展而下降。
Abstract: Through the carbonation experiment, the shrinkage deformation, carbonation deep, compressive strength and flexural strength of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks are measured. The results indicate that the shrinkage development of aerated concrete blocks under lab carbonation condition is divided three stages: (I) early age rapid developing stage,(II) steady stage and (III) accelerating developing stage. The surface mortar of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks can obviously decrease the carbonation shrinkage value. The carbonation deep of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks is proportional to the carbonation time, and the compressive strength and flexural strength decrease with the carbonation development.
