基于ANSYS软件的CRTSⅡ型轨道板模具设计

摘 要:轨道板模具是CRTSⅡ型无砟轨道板预制中的关键设备之一。介绍了CRTSⅡ型轨道板模具的主要结构组成,阐述了运用ANSYS软件对轨道板模具有限元模型的建构方法、单元应用、载荷组合及加载方式等过程,并通过分析计算得出最不利工况下模具的应力与变形,对其强度和刚度进行检算以优化轨道板模具的结构设计,以期推广该方法的应用。
Abstract: The mold for track plates is one of the key equipments for the prefabricating process of CRTS Ⅱ unballasted track plates. The main structures of the mold for CRTSⅡ track plates are introduced. The model of the construction method, the unit type, load group and loading method using finite element software ANSYS are illustrated, and the stress and deformation of the mold under the most unfavorable conditions are analyzed and calculated. The mold strength and rigidity are confirmed to optimize the structure design of the mold, in order to popularize the application of this method.
