客运专线活性粉末钢纤维混凝土配比试验研究

摘 要:在满足客运专线活性粉末混凝土(RPC)材料人行道挡板、盖板技术要求前提下,并在保证构件生产工艺的情况下,试验研究了水胶比、硅灰、石英粉以及钢纤维掺量对RPC混凝土工作性能及抗压强度的影响,配制出了抗压强度为154MPa,抗折强度为21.5MPa,且各项指标均能满足《客运专线活性粉末混凝土(RPC)材料人行道挡板、盖板暂行技术条件》所规定的RPC混凝土。
Abstract: Under the technical demands for sidewalk baffle and cover plates of passenger dedicated line reactive powder concrete(RPC) material, to ensure the component producing process, the effects of water binder ratio, silica fume, quartz powder and steel fiber dosage on workability and compressive strength of RPC is researched by experiment. The RPC with 154MPa compressive strength, 21.5MPa flexural strength and each index satisfied the < Temporary technological terms for sidewalk baffle and cover plates of passenger dedicated line reactive powder concrete(RPC) material> is prepared.
