摘 要:对预制裂缝混凝土试件进行了快速碳化试验,研究了碳化时间、裂缝尺寸、裂缝表面及底部等因素对开裂试件碳化深度的影响。结果表明:不同混凝土裂缝宽度、深度下的碳化深度随时间呈速度递减的增长趋势,并且随着裂缝深度的递增,碳化区域呈现出明显的“倒三角”分布。碳化数据对比时引入碳化参数可以较好地反映不同裂缝深度处、裂缝底部碳化深度分别与表面碳化深度之间的关系。
Abstract: Based on the rapid carbonization test of precast cracked concrete, the influence factors such as carbonization time, crack size, crack surface and bottom on the carbonation depth of cracked concrete are researched. The correlation degree between crack width and depth is analyzed according to the gray theory, and GM model is used to predict the carbonation depth of crack concrete. The results of research show that the carbonation depth of concrete with different crack widths and depths increases with time, and with the increase of crack depth, the carbonation area presents an obvious "inverted triangle" distribution. By introducing the carbonization parametersandinto the comparison of carbonization data, the relationship between the surface carbonization depth and the carbonization depth at different crack depths or at the bottom of cracks can be well reflected respectively.
