相变膨胀珍珠岩储能保温砂浆的性能研究

摘 要:以相变膨胀珍珠岩储能颗粒为保温砂浆轻骨料,水泥及粉煤灰为胶结料,并掺加一定量的可再分散乳胶粉及纤维来配制相变储能保温砂浆;研究了相变膨胀珍珠岩掺量对相变储能保温砂浆抗压强度、相变储能板材导热系数和保温砂浆吸水率的影响;用SEM及DSC对相变储能保温砂浆内部形貌及热性能进行了探讨。
Abstract:Through the phase change expanded perlite used as lightweight aggregate for thermal insulation mortar, cement and fly ash as binder, the phase change energy storage insulation mortar is prepared which is mixed with a certain amount of polymer powders and fibers. The effects of the dosage of phase change energy storage insulation mortar on the compressive strength of mortar, thermal conductivity of phase change energy storage plates and water absorption of insulation mortar are studied. The surface morphology and thermal properties of the phase change energy storage insulation mortar are discussed by SEM and DSC.
