摘 要:基于“预加力使混凝土成为弹性材料”的概念,并运用“有效惯性矩法”和力的平衡方法对碳纤维布加固部分预应力梁跨中正截面进行了应力、应变分析,给出了截面开裂弯矩和开裂截面几何特性,为碳纤维布加固部分预应力梁的研究提供了理论基础。 Abstract: According to the concept of "prestressed tendons turning concrete into elastic material", the stress and strain of the cross-section of the partially prestressed beam reinforced by CFRPs with the use of "effective inertial moment method" and the balance method of force are analyzed. And the geometrical characterestics of cracking moment and cracking section are proposed, which provide the theoretic basis of the research on the partially prestressed beam reinforced by CFRPs.

摘 要:蒸压加气混凝土砌块作为一种新型建筑材料,在建筑中应用的程度和功能发挥迄今远未达到应有的水平。结合在舟山地区的应用情况,对其经济性进行了分析,证明蒸压加气混凝土砌块的使用可以使制造成本、运输费用、建筑能耗、使用耗材、建筑用地等得到不同程度的节约。为蒸压加气混凝土砌块在夏热冬冷地区的推广应用提供了依据。 Abstract: As a new type of building material,autoclaved aerated concrete blocks have not reached the required level of the application and function in construction.Combining with the application in Zhou Shan district, the economy of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks is analyzed, which proves that using autoclaved aerated concrete blocks will save money at various degree, such as the manufacturing costs,transportation costs,building energy consumption, using consumables and building sites. It will provide the basis for the widely use of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks in hot summer and cold winter climate zone.

摘 要:炉底渣的活性低,在预拌砂浆中使用会产生一系列的问题,如需水量大,收缩大,强度低等。本文在对炉底渣各项性能进行分析的基础上,对炉底渣体积掺量15%和30%的砌筑砂浆进行了实验研究,通过将炉底渣的小部分极细颗粒替代胶凝材料,其余替代中砂,得到了各项性能都满足标准要求的M7.5级炉底渣砌筑砂浆配方。 Abstract: Because of its low activity, the use of bottom slag in ready-mixed mortar can cause a series of problems, such as more water demand, large shrinkage and low intensity. Based on the full analysis of the performances of bottom slag, the properties of masonry mortar with the volume content of 15% and 30% of bottom slag are studied. Through replacing some cementitious material with a small part of fine particles of bottom slag, and the others replacing the medium sand, the formula of M7.5 masonry mortar with bottom slag are gotten, whose performances can meet the requirments of the standards.

摘 要:针对油井水泥石固有的极限应变小,抗冲击性能差等特点,尝试将纤维材料掺入到油井水泥浆中,以改善水泥石的力学性能。室内试验表明,由几种纤维混合后得到的一种合成纤维(代号FR)材料能够显著提高水泥石试样的力学性能,使水泥石试件的抗折强度提高10.26%~24.27%,压缩弹模下降9.09%~21.62%,抗冲击功增长7.39%~34.57%。 Abstract:According to the characteristics of inherent low ultimate strain and poor impact resistance of oil-well cement, fibre materials are tried to put into the oil-well cement slurry, which can improve mechanical properties of cementitious materials. Laboratory tests indicate that a kind of synthetic fibre material (FR) can observably improve mechanical properties of cementitious samples, which makes the flexural strength of samples increase about 10.26% to 24.27%, elastic modulus of compressibility decrease about 9.09% to 21.62% and impact resistance increase about 7.39% to 34.57%.

摘  要:通过试验对涤纶的耐碱性及抗裂性进行了探索。结果表明,涤纶纤维具备一定的耐碱性,适用于混凝土的碱环境,涤纶对砂浆早期裂缝的控制较为明显,裂缝名义总面积平均减低了40%。Abstract:Throughthetests,thealkaliresistanceandcrackresistanceofpolyesterareresearched.Theresultsindicatethatthepolyesterfiberhasacertainalkaliresistance,anditisfitforthealkalineenvironmentofconcrete.Theearlycrackcontrolofpolyesterformortarisobvious,andthetotalnominalcrackareaisreducedbyanaverageof40%.

摘 要:对钢纤维和不同膨胀剂掺量下的喷射补偿收缩钢纤维混凝土抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度进行了试验研究。结果表明,随着膨胀剂掺量的增加,钢纤维对喷射补偿收缩钢纤维混凝土的增强作用越明显,但膨胀剂掺量超过一定限度会明显降低这种增强作用,钢纤维体积率掺量为0和1.2%的喷射补偿收缩钢纤维混凝土中,膨胀剂的最佳匹配掺量分别为6%和8%。 Abstract: Compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of the shrinkage-compensating steel fiber reinforced shotcrete with steel fiber and different dosages of expansive agents are studied. The results show that, with the dosage of expansive agents increaseing, the reinforcement effect of the steel fiber on the shrinkage-compensating steel fiber reinforced shotcrete becomes more obvious, but this reinforcement effect will be significantly reduced when the dosage of expansive agents beyonds a certain limit. With the steel fiber volume content of 0 and 1.2% for shrinkage-compensating steel fiber reinforced shotcrete, the best match dosages of expansive agents are 6% and 8%.

摘 要:混凝土与碳纤维的热膨胀系数不同,在温差作用下,两种材料各自的自由变形受到约束,从而产生了温度应力。通常,温度应力随着温差增大而增大。应用ANSYS软件分别对降温温差30℃、40℃、50℃、60℃时碳纤维布约束混凝土的温度应力进行了分析,以期对寒冷地区用碳纤维增强复合材料加固混凝土结构时,对温度应力的控制有所帮助。 Abstract:Because the thermal expansion coefficient is different between CFRP and concrete,temperature stress is produced when the free form deformations of two kinds of materials are confined under the temperature difference. Usually, temperature stress increases when the temperature difference increases. By the ANSYS software, under the cooling temperature difference of 30℃, 40℃, 50℃ and 60℃, the temperature stress of reinforced concrete columns confined with CFRPs is analyzed . The purpose is that it can be helpful to the control of temperature stresses of reinforced concrete columns confined with CFRPs in cold areas.
