聚酯纤维和聚丙烯腈纤维沥青混凝土水稳定性对比试验

摘 要:马歇尔残留稳定度试验和冻融劈裂试验结果表明,加入纤维对沥青混合料的水稳性有明显改善作用,马歇尔残留稳定度从88%提高到92%以上。不同类型的纤维,提高程度略有不同,聚酯纤维稍逊于聚丙烯腈纤维,而聚丙烯腈纤维又弱于其与聚酯纤维混合配方。冻融循环试验结果表明,未掺纤维的沥青混凝土强度损失最大,聚丙烯腈纤维与聚酯纤维混合掺入的沥青混凝土强度损失最小。
Abstract: By the Marshall residual stability experiment and freezing and thawing split test, the experimental results indicate that the water stability of asphalt admixture can be obviously improved by adding fiber, and Marshall residual stability is increased from 88% to over 92%. Different types of fiber have different improving effects on Marshall residual stability, for example, the one with polyester fiber is less than the one with polyacrylonitrile fiber, and the one with polyacrylonitrile fiber is less than the one with the mixing proportion by polyacrylonitrile fiber and polyester fiber. Freeze-thaw cycle experimental results show that the strength loss of asphalt concrete without adding fiber is the largest, and strength loss of asphalt concrete with adding polyacrylonitrile fiber and polyester fiber is the least.
