聚丙烯纤维混凝土钢筋网壳锚喷技术在动压巷道中的应用

摘 要:针对动压失稳巷道的变形特征,提出了在动压巷道中采用聚丙烯纤维混凝土钢筋网壳锚喷支护技术。该新支护结构具有一定的整体可缩性,有较高的承载能力和让压性能。现场监测表明,在不降低支护承载能力的情况下,该支护形式能很好地防止动压变形,具有良好的柔性,是一种优良的动压巷道让压支护结构。
Abstract:Aiming at the the deformation characteristics of dynamic pressure instability for roadway, the supporting technology of reinforced wire-shell bolting shotcrete for polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete in dynamic pressure roadway is proposed. This new supporting structure has a centain retractable proporty in total, higer bearing capacity and yielding property. The on-site monitoring indicates that under the situation of not reducing the bearing capacity for supporing, the supporting form can greatly prevent the dynamic pressure deformation, and has good flexibility, which is a good kind of yielding supporting structure for dymanic pressure roadway.
