夹芯砌体弹性模量的试验研究

摘 要:作为新型墙材,烧结页岩装饰多孔砖在工程中近年来发展十分迅速,它有着高强、质密等特点,又能保护耕地、节约能源。本文主要分析了用其砌筑的四个强度等级水泥砂浆砌筑的4组24个试件的变形特征,对该砌体弹性模量进行了计算分析,通过数据回归,提出了夹芯砌体弹性模量建议计算公式。
Abstract:As a new wall material, sintering shale decorative porous bricks are developing very rapidly in recent years. The sintering shale decorative porous bricks have the characteristics of high strength, mass density, and they can also protect the farmland and be energy conservation. In this paper, the deformation features of 24 test specimens as 4 groups bricklaying by cement mortar with 4 strength grades are analyzed. The elastic modulus of sandwich composite masonry with sintered shale decorative porous bricks is calculated and analyzed. Through the data regression, the suggested calculation formula for the elastic modulus of sandwich composite masonry is proposed.
