废陶瓷再生砂对砂浆性能影响的研究

摘 要:将废陶瓷破碎成细骨料,部分取代特细砂配成废陶瓷再生混合砂。固定稠度和胶砂比,通过试验,对比了陶瓷再生混合砂砂浆、天然中砂砂浆、特细砂砂浆和陶瓷再生粗砂砂浆的抗压强度、抗折强度和干缩性能的差异。结果表明,陶瓷再生混合砂砂浆能够达到工程应用的强度要求且后期强度较高;其相对脆性低、干缩小,有利于提高抗裂性。
Abstract : Waste ceramic is crushed as recycled ceramic coarse sand, and recycled ceramic mixed sand is made through recycled ceramic coarse sand partly replacing super-fine sand. By fixed consistence and cement-aggregate ratio, the compressive strength, flexural strength and shrinkage performance between mortar respectively made from natural medium sand, super-fine sand, recycled ceramic coarse sand and recycled ceramic mixed sand are contrasted. The results show that the mortar using recycled ceramic mixed sand as fine aggregate can achieve the project’s strength request and it has higher strength at later age. And by adding recycled ceramic coarse sand in mortar, the brittleness and shrinkage of mortar can be decreased, thus, the crack resistance of the concrete can be improved.
