Based on structural characteristics and construction difficulties, the key tecnologies for structure construction of concrete filled steel tube composite column and high strength concrete are introduced.

一种保温承重型陶粒混凝土砌块的研制

摘要：基于《轻集料混凝土小型空心砌块》、《夏热冬冷地区居住建筑节能设计标准》和《混凝土小型空心砌块建筑技术规程》的要求，经过块型设计、材料选择、配合比设计和生产试制，研制了一种保温承重型陶粒混凝土砌块。经热工计算和力学性能试验表明，所研制的陶粒混凝土砌块的块型设计和配合比设计合理，是一种适用于夏热冬冷地区、抗裂性能良好的保温承重型墙体材料。 Abstract: According to 《Small hollow blocks with lightweight aggregate concrete》、《Residential building design standard for energy efficiency in summer and cold winter regions》、《Building technology regulations for small hollow concrete blocks》, by block design, material selection, mix design and trial production, a kind of thermal load-bearing ceramisite concrete block is developed.Through the thermal calculation and mechanical property tests, the block design and mix proportion design of the ceramisite concrete block are reasonable, which is a kind of thermal load-bearing wall materials with good crack resistance and adapting to hot summer and cold winter areas.

温度作用下混凝土砌体结构的构造措施研究

摘要：首先根据某地区近年的气象资料和有关规范，计算出该地区混凝土砌体结构的组合温差。在此基础上建立了某试点建筑结构足尺的三维有限元模型，对其进行温度效应有限元分析，考虑不同的构造措施，得到了各种构造措施下砌体建筑关键部位的应力和位移等数据。最后对结果进行分析和比较得出，在顶层墙体与屋顶间设置温度分隔缝是控制裂缝最有效的措施。为该地区混凝土砌体结构裂缝的控制提供了有效的理论依据。

玻化微珠保温混凝土抗压强度与导热系数试验研究

摘要：通过正交试验，分析了相关因素对混凝土导热系数和抗压强度的影响规律，验证了在混凝土中掺加一定数量的玻化微珠配制玻化微珠保温混凝土的可行性。 Abstract: Through the orthogonal experiment,the effect law of thermal conductivity and compressive strength of concrete is analyzed by the related factors. The feasibility of mixing glazed hollow bead into concrete to prepare thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete is verified.

混杂纤维混凝土在桥面铺装中的应用研究

摘要：通过试验，研究开发了一种集优越力学性能和良好耐久性能于一体，既能满足桥面铺装层的功能要求又能解决桥面铺装层早期破坏和耐久性低问题的新型桥面铺装材料——混杂纤维混凝土。引入聚丙烯仿钢丝粗纤维来代替部分钢纤维，既可降低工程造价又可降低铺装层的自重，其对纤维混凝土力学性能及耐久性能的提高可和钢纤维媲美，甚至比掺单钢纤维更高。在混杂纤维混凝土中掺入膨胀剂和引气剂，与素混凝土和单一纤维混凝土相比，抗弯强度、弯曲韧性明显改善，抗渗等级提高到29级，抗冻融性能也有一定程度的提高，耐久性显示出明显的优势，是桥面铺装材料的理想选择。 Absract: A set of new bridge deck pavement materials - hybrid fiber reinforced concrete is studied and developed by experiment, which have excellent mechanical properties and good durability, and can meet the functional requirements of bridge deck pavement and resovle early damage and the problem of low durability. Not only the project's cost but also the weight of pavement layer can be reduced by polypropylene imitation steel wire fiber insteading of parts of steel fiber. Furthermore, the mechanical properties and durability of hybrid fiber reinforced concrete can be improved even than steel fibers. By admixturing with expansive agent and air-entraining agent, compared with steel fiber reinforced concrete and plain concrete, the composites has significantly improved the flexural strength and toughness, and the permeability grade is increased to 29. In addition, anti-freeze-thaw performance has also been a certain increased. The durability demonstrates a significant advantage and the composites will be an ideal choice for bridge deck pavement materials.

PVA纤维对混凝土力学性能的影响

摘要：研究了不同长度PVA纤维的掺入对高强度混凝土力学性能的影响。结果表明，PVA纤维在0.08%～0.1%的体积掺量范围内效果最佳，能有效提高抗折强度，且长径比越小，效果越明显。长度为6mm，掺量为0.08%～0.1%的PVA纤维混凝土，7d抗压强度比基准混凝土降低5.22%，抗折强度提高14.28%，静弹性模量提高6.63%；28d抗压强度降低3.03%，抗折强度提高21.67%，静弹性模量降低4.52%。Abstract：TheeffectsofdifferentlengthsofPVAfiberonmechanicalpropertyofhigh-strengthconcretearestudied.Theresultsshowthat:theoptimaldosageofPVAis0.08%to0.1%,whichcaneffectivelyimprovetheflexuralstrength.Andthesmallerlength-diameterratiois,themoreobviouslyeffecthas.WiththePVAfiberdosageof0.08%～0.1%andfiberlengthof6mm,comparedwithnormalconcrete,at7dage,thecompressivestrengthofPVAfiberreinforcedconcreteisreducedby5.22%,flexuralstrengthisincreasedby14.28%andstaticelasticmodulusisincreasedby6.63%.Andat28dage,thecompressivestrengthisreducedby3.03%,flexuralstrengthisincreasedby21.67%,andstaticelasticmodulusisreducedby4.52%.

循环荷载作用下混凝土残余应变特性研究

摘要：对钢纤维掺量为0、1.5%、2.0%、2.5%、3.0%的圆柱体混凝土试件进行了等应变增量循环加卸荷试验，应变速率为10-3/s。试验结果表明，在试验开始的四次加卸载循环中，SFC25混凝土在各再加载点处的残余应变最小，其余的四种混凝土按钢纤维掺量的增加，残余应变依次减小。随后的试验中，五种混凝土的残余应变随钢纤维含量的增加而减小，各种钢纤维混凝土的总残余应变按钢纤维含量较依次减少0.0929%、0.095%、0.0355%、0.1469%。各加卸循环中的残余应变在前四次循环中增加较快，而随后的循环试验中增加不明显，基本保持在一定的数值。整个加卸载试验过程中，五种混凝土在各次循环中的残余应变随钢纤维含量的增加而降低。Abstract:Theequidifferentstrainincrementalcyclicloadingandunloadingtestswiththestrainratesat10-3/saretakenforthecylinderconcretesampleswiththesteelfibercontentof0%、1.5%、2.0%、2.5%、3.0%.Thetestresultsshowthatintheinitialfourcyclicloadingandunloadingtests,residualstrainsatthereloadingpointsofsteelfiberconcreteof25grade(SFC25)areleastinfivekindsofconcrete,andtheresidualstrainsofotherfourconcretearedecreasdwiththeincreaseofsteelfibercontent.Inthefollowingtests,theresidualstrainsoffivekindsofconcretearedecreasedwhilethesteelfibercontent isincreased,andthetotalresidualstrainsofthefivekindsofsteelfiberconcretearedecreasedinturnby0.0929%、0.095%、0.0355%、0.1469%,whichcomparewiththeformeronesatlast.Theresidualstrainsofeachcycleareincreasedrapidlyininitialfourcyclicloadingandunloadingtests,theninthefollowingtests,theresidualstrainsareincreasednotclearlyandkeepataconstantvalue.Theresidualstrainsoffivekindsofsteelfiberconcreteineachloadingandunloadingcyclearedecreasedasthesteelfibercontentareincreasedinthewholetestprocess.

玄武岩纤维增强高性能混凝土配合比的正交试验研究

摘要：通过对96个掺加乱向短切玄武岩纤维后的混凝土试件进行正交试验测试与分析，研究了混凝土在满足抗折强度、抗压强度和工作性等方面最佳性能时的优化配合比,为进一步深化研究玄武岩纤维增强高性能混凝土提供了依据。 Abstract: Through the orthogonal experiment of 96 test pieces of concrete with mixing disorder short basalt fiber, the optimal ratio of concrete is studied for flexural strength, compressive strength and other work performances, which lays the foundation for further studying basalt fiber reinforced high performance concrete.
