钢梁-混凝土墙刚接节点低周反复荷载作用下的受力性能试验研究

摘 要:对3个钢梁-混凝土墙刚接节点试件进行了低周反复荷载试验,分析了节点核心区钢梁腹板、钢梁翼缘、连接板、封口板、牛腿腹板、牛腿翼缘、分布钢筋、型钢暗柱等的应力应变关系。试验结果显示,在加载过程中,钢梁翼缘和腹板、牛腿翼缘均产生了屈服变形,但是封口板、牛腿腹板、分布筋、型钢暗柱都没有屈服,在设计时应加强钢梁翼缘和腹板、牛腿翼缘。同时试验结果也显示在实际工程中可按悬臂梁模型对牛腿进行设计。
Abstract: Three steel beam-concrete wall rigid node specimens are tested by low-cycle repeated loading. The stress-strain relationships of steel beam web, beam flange, connecting plate, sealing plate, bracket web, bracket flange, distributing steel, concealed column in node core area are all analyzed. The results show that in the loading process, steel beam flange and web, bracket flange all appeared yield deformation, but the sealing plate, bracket web, distributing steel and concealed column didn’t yield, so the steel beam flange and web, bracket flange must be strengthened during the design. The test results also show that the bracket can be designed as cantilever model in practical engineering.
