陶粒砂轻混凝土的制备及性能

摘 要:陶粒砂轻混凝土是一种比较理想的建筑材料,具有轻质、保温、吸声、隔热等优点,已广泛应用于各种工业与民用建筑。本文利用陶粒作为骨料,陶砂部分替代天然砂及其它常规材料,配制出陶粒砂轻混凝土,并对配制的混凝土的物理力学性能进行了测试。结果表明,该混凝土干密度较普通混凝土低,物理力学性能优越,能够满足工程需要。
Abstract: Ceramisite concrete is a sort of ideal building material with the advantages of light weight, thermal insulation, sound absorption and heat insulation, which is widely used in industrial and civilian constructions. In this paper, using ceramisite as aggregate and ceramic sand instead of nature river sand and other common-used materials to produce ceramic sand light-weight concrete is studied. And the physical and mechanical performances of this kind of concrete are tested. The results show that the dry density of ceramic sand light-weight concrete is lower than general concrete, and the physical and mechanical performances of this kind of concrete are superior, which can meet the demands of practical engineering.
