摘 要:以矿粉、粉煤灰、硅灰为矿物掺合料,硫酸钠、甲酸钠、硫氰酸钠和自配化学纯为早强剂,柠檬酸、酒石酸为缓凝剂,研究了单一矿物外加剂及复配对蒸养砂浆脱模强度的增强效果,确定了优化的胶凝体系。以复合胶凝体系为基准掺入单一化学外加剂,确定了具有良好增强效果的外加剂复配优化方案,并分析了其作用机理。
Abstract: With mineral admixtures such as mineral powder, fly ash and silica powder, sodium sulfate, sodium formate, sodium thiocyanate and self-made chemical pure as early strength agent, citric acid and alcohol spraying acid as retarders, the effects of single mineral admixture and compound on the demoulding strength of steam cured mortar were studied, and the optimized composition scheme of gelling system was determined. Based on the composite cementitious system, a single chemical admixture was added to determine the optimum mixing scheme of the two kinds of admixture with good reinforcing effect, and its mechanism was analyzed.
