核废料固化桶用钢纤维活性粉末混凝土性能研究

摘 要:高强高韧的纤维活性粉末混凝土(RPC)作为核废料固化桶的原材料具有很好的发展前景。为改善RPC韧性较差的缺点,研究了钢纤维掺量对RPC力学性能及弯曲韧性性能的影响。试验结果表明,钢纤维的加入能够大大提高RPC的力学性能及弯曲韧性,使RPC能更好地满足核废料固化桶材料的要求。
Abstract: As one raw material of container for storage of radioactive wastes, fiber reinforced high-strength and high-toughness reactive powder concrete (RPC) has a good prospect. To improve the shortcoming of bad toughness of RPC, the effects of steel fiber dosage on the mechanical performances and flexural toughness are researched. The experimental results indicate that the mechanical performances and flexural toughness of RPC can be enhanced greatly by adding the steel fiber, which makes RPC satisfy the requirement of container for storage of radioactive wastes better.
