用生活垃圾焚烧发电厂炉渣制备混凝土路面砖的研究

摘 要:基于利用广州生活垃圾焚烧发电厂炉渣制备混凝土路面砖(码头用),探讨了不同活化剂对焚烧炉渣制造混凝土路面砖性能的影响,分析了焚烧炉渣制备混凝土路面砖的环境安全性。研究结果表明,当焚烧炉渣和活化剂的掺量分别为原料总量的34%和1.5%时,焚烧炉渣制备的混凝土路面砖,28d抗压强度达45MPa, 其重金属溶出量符合GB3838-2002《地表水环境质量标准》v类水要求。
Abstract:On the basis of preparation for the pavement brick(used in dock) by the furnace slag from the Li Keng municipal solid waste incineration power plant in Guangzhou, the effects of different activators on the properties of the incinerator slag pavement bricks are investigated and the environmental safety of the incinerator slag pavement bricks are analyzed. The experimental results show that when the amount of incinerator slag up to 34% and activators with 1.5% of the raw materials, the 28 days compressive strength of pavement bricks can reach 45 MPa, and the amount of heavy metal leaching meets the v type water requirement of the “environmental quality standards for surface water ” (GB3838-2002).
