摘 要:针对现有高压蒸养和免高压蒸养两种不同养护工艺生产的PHC管桩,本文开展了PHC管桩的预应力损失试验研究。采用两种不同的测试方法,系统地研究了不同养护工艺的PHC管桩放张、混凝土收缩徐变和钢棒松弛等各阶段的预应力损失,对比分析了养护工艺对PHC管桩预应力损失的影响,为准确计算其极限承载力提供了必要的试验依据,并验证了两种测试方法的准确性和可靠性。 Abstract:For two different existing curing processes of PHC pile production, which are the high-pressure steam curing and the atmospheric steam curing, the experimental research on the prestressed loss of PHC piles is carried out. Through two different testing methods, the prestressed losses of PHC piles by different curing processes during each stage in the production processes, such as pile tension, concrete shrinkage and creep and steel relaxation are systematically researched. In addition, comparative analysis on the impact of different curing processes on the prestressed loss of PHC piles is conducted, which not only provides a necessary experimental basis of calculating the ultimate bearing capacity, but also verifies the accuracy and reliability of these two testing methods.

Abstract:For two different existing curing processes of PHC pile production, which are the high-pressure steam curing and the atmospheric steam curing, the experimental research on the prestressed loss of PHC piles is carried out. Through two different testing methods, the prestressed losses of PHC piles by different curing processes during each stage in the production processes, such as pile tension, concrete shrinkage and creep and steel relaxation are systematically researched. (1)高压蒸养试验桩放张1d后预应力损失为26.39%左右,360d之内的长期预应力损失为30.38%左右;免高压蒸养试验桩放张1d后预应力损失为22.91%左右,360d之内的长期预应力损失为28.25%左右。
(2)本文采用的两种测试PHC桩有效预应力和预应力损失试验方法,经过测试结果对比分析,试验方法可靠,且简单易行。
