摘 要:基于电阻率法测定了硫铝酸盐水泥净浆与泡沫混凝土的电阻率-时间特征曲线,探究了曲线中特征点与初凝时间的关系,提出了泡沫混凝土初凝时间的测定方法。试验结果表明:净浆的电阻率特征曲线能间接反映其水化进程,净浆电阻率特征曲线可划分为潜伏期、凝结期、硬化期,其潜伏期与凝结期的拐点与其初凝时间点存在线性相关;泡沫混凝土电阻率特征曲线可划分为稳泡期、潜伏期、凝结期、硬化期,其初凝时间点为电阻率特征曲线中潜伏期与凝结期的拐点。电阻率法可用于测定泡沫混凝土的初凝时间,终凝时间的测定还有待进一步研究。
Abstract: Based resistivity method, the resistivity-time characteristic curve of sulpho-aluminate cement paste and foam concrete was determined. The relationship between resistivity characteristic point and the initial setting time was investigated. The test results show that the resistivity characteristic curve of the paste can indirectly reflect the hydration process. The resistivity curve of slurry can be divided into latent period, condensation period and hardening period. There is a correlation between the initial setting time point and characteristic point between latent period and condensation period; the resistivity characteristic curve of foam concrete is divided into the foam stabilization period, the latent period, the condensation period and the hardening period, and its initial setting time point is the characteristic point between latent period and condensation period. The resistivity method can be used to determine the initial setting time of foam concrete, and the determination of the final setting time needs further investigation.
