摘 要：悬辊机悬辊轴经过一段时间的使用后会产生磨损，必须定期修复。采用自动补焊机对悬辊机悬辊轴进行补焊修复，经过一年多的现场使用，和传统的人工修复相比，极大地提高了悬辊轴的修复效率，降低了修复成本，修复后悬辊轴的使用寿命提高2倍以上。
Abstract：After a period of using time, the hanging-roller axis of hanging-roller machine will be weared and teared and it need to be repaired regularly. The auto-repair welding machine is used to repair and weld the hanging-roller axis of hanging-roller machine, and after one year’s field using, comparing with the traditional manual repairing, it can greatly improve the repairing efficiency of hanging-roller axis and reduce the cost of repairing. The service life of hanging-roller axis after repairing can enhance more than two-times.
