摘 要:为讨论不同疲劳荷载范围和钢筋涂层厚度对服役带环氧涂层钢筋混凝土构件力学性能的影响,设计了两组共10根不同涂层厚度的钢筋混凝土试件,分别对其进行50万次、不同疲劳荷载上、下限的加载,并对试件的跨中挠度、钢筋的应变分布进行了分析。分析结果表明:承受较大上、下限疲劳荷载的无涂层和环氧涂层钢筋混凝土试件,相比承受较小上、下限疲劳荷载的同类试件,无涂层钢筋混凝土试件跨中挠度因疲劳荷载上、下限引起的差距随疲劳加载次数的增加而缩小;而涂层钢筋混凝土试件的跨中挠度因疲劳荷载上、下限引起的差距则随加载次数的增加有增大趋势;较大的疲劳荷载产生较大的钢筋应变;较厚涂层钢筋混凝土试件间的钢筋应变均值的差异明显。
Abstract: In order to study the influence of different fatigue load range and load upper limit as well as coating thicknesses of the reinforcing bars on the service performance of reinforced concrete (RC) elements, 10 RC test specimens with uncoated and epoxy-coated reinforcements in two groups were experimentally loaded under different fatigue loads, where two peak fatigue loads and 500 000 loading cycles were considered. Mid-span deflection of the test specimens and steel strain distribution of the reinforcements were mainly studied. It is concluded that, for uncoated test specimens, E0.2 test specimens (i.e., 200-μm epoxy coating) and E0.6 test specimens (i.e., 600-μm epoxy coating) in two groups, when they were subjected to fatigue load with larger load range and load upper limit, larger steel strain and mid-span deflection of the test specimens were observed. With the increments of fatigue cycles, the mid-span deflection and average steel strain difference between the uncoated test specimens in two groups decreased while those differences between the same types of the coated test specimens slightly increased, especially for the coated test specimens with thicker epoxy coating thickness.
