摘 要:通过水洗海砂与机制砂复配,研究了复配细骨料棱角性、二维形状指数、分形维数、细度模数的变化及其对C30混凝土工作性、力学性能和流变性参数的影响规律。结果表明,随着复配细骨料棱角性和二维形状指数增大,C30新拌混凝土的屈服应力和黏度系数也会随之增大。此外,通过多参数线性回归分析,建立了流变性预测模型,并探讨了主要参数与流变模型的相关性。
Abstract: Through the combination of washed sea sand and machine sand, the influence of the variation of angularity, two-dimensional shape index, fractal dimension and fineness modulus of composite fine aggregate on the working performance, mechanical properties and rheological parameters of C30 concrete were studied. The results show that the yield stress and viscosity coefficient of C30 fresh concrete increase with the increase of the angularity and the two-dimensional shape index of the composite fine aggregate. In addition, through multi-parameter linear regression analysis, a rheological prediction model was established, and the correlation between the main parameters and the rheological model was discussed.
