摘  要:主要研究了低品位二、三级硅藻土与纤维素醚协同作用对薄灰缝砌筑砂浆保水性能的影响。试验结果表明,经活化处理的硅藻土能显著提高砂浆的保水性以及力学性能,经10min机械活化、2h600℃热活化处理的硅藻土薄灰缝砌筑砂浆保水率最高可达95.7%,较空白组提高了22%;HPMC能提高砂浆的保水性,但明显降低砂浆的力学性能,掺量为0.27%时,砂浆的保水率达到最优99.4%;当硅藻土与纤维素醚混掺时,保水率≥99%,能显著降低纤维素醚用量,有较好的经济与环保价值。Abstract:Thewaterretentionperformanceoflow-gradediatomiteandcelluloseetherinthinmortarmortarwasstudied.Thetestresultsshowthattheactivatedtreatmentofdiatomitecansignificantlyimprovethewaterretentionandmechanicalpropertiesofthemortar.Thewaterretentionrateofthethinmortarmortartreatedbymechanicalactivationfor10minandthermalactivationat600℃for2hisupto95.7%,whichis22%higherthanthatoftheblankgroup.HPMCcanimprovethewaterretentionofmortarbutsignificantlyreduceitsmechanicalproperties.Whenthemixingamountis0.27%,thewaterretentionrateofmortarreaches99.4%.Whendiatomiteismixedwithcellulose,thewaterretentionrateis≥99%,andtheamountofcelluloseissignificantlyreduced,whichhasbettereconomicandenvironmentalvalue.

摘   要:主要研究了低品位二、三级硅藻土与纤维素醚协同作用对薄灰缝砌筑砂浆保水性能的影响。试验结果表明,经活化处理的硅藻土能显著提高砂浆的保水性以及力学性能,经10 min机械活化、2 h 600 ℃热活化处理的硅藻土薄灰缝砌筑砂浆保水率最高可达95.7%,较空白组提高了22%;HPMC能提高砂浆的保水性,但明显降低砂浆的力学性能,掺量为0.27%时,砂浆的保水率达到最优99.4%;当硅藻土与纤维素醚混掺时,保水率≥99%,能显著降低纤维素醚用量,有较好的经济与环保价值。

Abstract: The water retention performance of low-grade diatomite and cellulose ether in thin mortar mortar was studied. The test results show that the activated treatment of diatomite can significantly improve the water retention and mechanical properties of the mortar. The water retention rate of the thin mortar mortar treated by mechanical activation for 10 min and thermal activation at 600 ℃ for 2 h is up to 95.7%, which is 22% higher than that of the blank group. HPMC can improve the water retention of mortar but significantly reduce its mechanical properties. When the mixing amount is 0.27%, the water retention rate of mortar reaches 99.4%. When diatomite is mixed with cellulose, the water retention rate is ≥99%, and the amount of cellulose is significantly reduced, which has better economic and environmental value.

(1)硅藻土经活化处理后具有较高活性,替代水泥能有效提升砂浆的力学性能和保水性,最优掺量为12%。其中,经10 min粉磨、2 h 600 °C煅烧的硅藻土的砂浆保水性最好,经15 min粉磨、2 h 600 °C煅烧的硅藻土砂浆力学性能最好。
(2)为满足砂浆保水率≥99%的要求,单掺HPMC最佳掺量为0.27%,当其掺量小于等于0.27%时,砂浆的力学性能随HPMC掺量的增加而显著的降低;当掺量大于0.27%时,下降幅度变小。
(3)混掺8%的10 min粉磨、2 h 600°C煅烧的硅藻土和0.18%HPMC的砂浆保水效果可达到标准要求,此时,纤维素醚用量降低,砂浆的力学性能因硅藻土的掺入得到较明显提高,为低品位硅藻土的综合利用提供了新途径。
