掺活化煤矸石细粉对混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的影响

摘 要:研究了活化煤矸石细粉的制备及掺煤矸石细粉对水泥力学性能的影响。以10%活化煤矸石细粉替代水泥,水泥的28d抗压强度接近于或高于基准水泥;当掺量高于30%时,水泥强度的下降很明显。将30%的活化煤矸石细粉取代水泥掺入混凝土中,混凝土的力学性能要优于对比的空白混凝土。7d龄期单掺活化煤矸石细粉和复掺活化煤矸石细粉的混凝土相对氯离子扩散系数均高于空白混凝土,到了180d龄期,无论是单掺活化煤矸石细粉还是复掺活化煤矸石细粉的混凝土相对氯离子扩散系数则降为不到空白混凝土的一半。
Abstract: The method for preparation of fine powder of activated coal gangue and the effects of activated coal gangue on the properties of cement are experimentally discussed studied. The results show that the 28d compressive strength of cement mortar with 10% replaced content of activated coal gangue is close to or higher than that of pure cement mortar. When the replacement of activated coal gangue is higher than 30%, the strength of cement mortar is greatly decreased. However, the mechanical properties of concrete are enhanced when the cement is replaced by 30 percent activated coal gangue. And at the age of 7days, the relative chloride diffusion coefficient of concrete containing activated coal gangue is higher than that of pure concrete, but at the age of 180 days the relative chloride diffusion coefficient of concrete containing activated coal gangue is less than that of half's valume of pure concrete.
