摘 要:预应力钢筒混凝土管(PCCP)在设计制造、安装施工以及外部环境等因素综合作用下会出现砂浆保护层受损脱开、预应力钢丝断裂、混凝土管芯纵向开裂以及钢筒泄漏等问题。为使管道恢复至原有承载能力,延长其使用寿命,消除安全隐患,需采用适当的方式对PCCP管进行修复加固。本文总结了常用的PCCP补强加固方法,并从内容、步骤、适用范围、优缺点等多方面对各方法进行了对比,可为国内PCCP的补强加固提供参考。
Abstract: Considering combined effects of design, manufacture, installation, external environment and other factors, prestressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP) suffers from cracks and delamination of mortar coating, corrosion and fracture of prestressing wires, longitudinal cracks in core concrete and leakage of cylinders. In order to restore the pipeline to its original bearing capacity, prolong its service life and eliminate potential safety hazards, it is necessary to repair and strengthen the PCCP with broken wires in an appropriate manner. In this paper, the commonly used PCCP reinforcement methods, compares the methods from the aspects of content, steps, scope of application, advantages and disadvantages are summarized, which provides a better understanding of PCCP reinforcement methods for pipeline managers.
