摘要:为明确抗裂水泥对于现代混凝土的适用性与技术优势,针对抗裂水泥与普通硅酸盐水泥配制的混凝土强度、和易性、抗裂性能等进行了对比研究。试验结果表明,抗裂水泥对减水剂的相容性优于普通水泥,水化热低,在净浆和混凝土中开裂敏感性低,抗裂水泥配制的混凝土和易性良好,强度低于普通水泥混凝土,但均满足各强度等级要求,且有一定的强度保证率,对提升混凝土抗裂性能有利。

Abstract: In order to clarify the applicability and technical advantages of crack-resistant cement for modern concrete, the strength, workability and crack resistance of concrete prepared by crack-resistant cement and ordinary Portland cement were compared. The test results show that the compatibility of the crack-resistant cement to the water-reducing agent is better than that of ordinary cement, the hydration heat and the cracking sensitivity are lower in the paste and concrete respectively, and the concrete prepared by the crack-resistant cement has better workability. The strength is lower than that of ordinary cement concrete, but it satisfies the requirements of various strength grades, and has a certain strength guarantee rate, which is beneficial to improve the crack resistance of concrete.

(1)抗裂水泥和普通硅酸盐水泥对比,与减水剂相容性更好,饱和点更低;抗裂水泥的3 d水化速率和水化放热均明显低于普通水泥,且立方抗压强度略低于普通水泥混凝土;抗裂水泥能在一定程度上抑制净浆开裂,开裂时间更长,裂缝更细;且能有效得抑制混凝土裂缝的出现,对改善混凝土耐久性有利。
 
(2)抗裂水泥在满足一定和易性和强度等级要求下,可以尝试应用于凝结时间较长、有较低开裂敏感性和开裂风险要求的工程,能在工程发挥其优势,因地制宜得到最好的效果。
 
(3)可以在本试验基础上增加不利于抗裂如高温干燥等条件,在高开裂风险的情况下继续探究抗裂水泥的应用前景。
