摘 要:用自制的炭黑水泥砂浆板制作室内地面并以此进行了低温辐射采暖的试验研究。介绍了炭黑水泥砂浆板在室内的排布、接线、温度测点的布置,给出了在恒定电压下室内空气温度、加热板温度、隔热层温度等随通电时间变化的试验结果,研究了电流变化的规律以及多次电热试验后加热板电阻的稳定性。实验表明,炭黑水泥砂浆板通电后产生的热量完全可满足室内采暖的需要,室内的温度分布均匀,且地板能蓄热因而有利于维持室内环境的热稳定。在通电过程中以及在多次通断电时,电阻基本稳定,电热功率稳定。 Abstract: An interior floor is developed by using of author's cement-carbon mortar plates and the tests on thermal radiation of it are carried out. Here, the distribution of plates, the linking scheme for each plates and the position of thermal-measuring points are introduced; the test rezults on relationship between electro-passed time and temperature, where including at different places of room, on top of heating plate and under insulated plates, are reported; the stability of electric current and resistance, after many times of switch on or off, is experimentally researched. The tests show that, for the quantity of heat that produced by cement-carbon mortar plates, it is able to completely meet the demands for supplying heat, and the temperature distribution in room is even. As the plates can store heat, so that is profitable to keeping the room temperature for unchanging. During the electricity is in turn on and after many times of switch off or on, the electric resistance and power are keep stable.
