Abstract: An interior floor is developed by using of author's cement-carbon mortar plates and the tests on thermal radiation of it are carried out. Here, the distribution of plates, the linking scheme for each plates and the position of thermal-measuring points are introduced; the test rezults on relationship between electro-passed time and temperature, where including at different places of room, on top of heating plate and under insulated plates, are reported; the stability of electric current and resistance, after many times of switch on or off, is experimentally researched. The tests show that, for the quantity of heat that produced by cement-carbon mortar plates, it is able to completely meet the demands for supplying heat, and the temperature distribution in room is even. As the plates can store heat, so that is profitable to keeping the room temperature for unchanging. During the electricity is in turn on and after many times of switch off or on, the electric resistance and power are keep stable.
