摘 要：将磷石膏与矿渣及少量的水泥复合制成磷石膏水泥，并用于生产预制混凝土构件，不但可消耗大量磷石膏，还可大量的减少混凝土制品中水泥用量，降低生产成本。同时，也符合国家提出的节能、减排、降耗的经济发展方向，对资源的合理化利用及我国磷化工业和建材工业的可持续发展具有重要意义。
Abstract: Phosphogypsum cement is made of phosphogypsum, slag and a small amount of cement, which is used to produce precast concrete components. It not only consumes a large amount of phosphogypsum, but also reduces the amount of cement used in concrete products and reduces the production cost. At the same time, it also conforms to the economic development direction of energy saving, emission reduction and consumption reduction proposed, and is of great significance to the rational utilization of resources and the sustainable development of China's phosphorus chemical industry and building materials industry.
