掺管沟污泥对水泥混凝土耐久性能的影响

摘 要:城市污泥的最佳出路是无害化处理、资源化利用及产业化发展。本文报道了以管沟污泥等量替代天然细集料制备水泥混凝土的试验研究。结果表明,在混凝土中掺加一定管沟污泥可以配制出抗压强度为40MPa以上的混凝土,同时其抗氯离子渗透能力、抗冻性能和抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力均高于同配合比的基准混凝土
Abstract: Harmlessly managing, usefully utilization and industrializationally development are effective methods for deal with city sludge. The concrete with adding the sewer sludge for replacing of natural aggregate was studied and the results show that the compressive strength of it can reach up to 40MPa and is higher than concrete without adding sludge, when adding proper quantity of sewer sludge. And with the increase of sludge content, the slump of concrete will become smaller and the chloride impermeability, the sulfate corrosion resistance and the freezing-thawing resistance will be enhanced.
