摘 要:针对当前原状稻壳灰储量大,难以资源化利用的困境,研究了原状稻壳灰及其粉磨对水泥胶砂强度的影响,结合扫描电镜和氮吸附法分析其影响机理,同时比较其与粉煤灰对胶砂性能的影响。结果表明,原状稻壳灰显著降低了水泥胶砂强度,且随着其掺量的增加,其降低幅度越来越大;原状稻壳灰粉磨极大地增加了胶砂强度,与基准胶砂强度相近,大于粉煤灰胶砂;原状稻壳灰劣化了胶砂内部结构,且随着其掺量地增加,其内部结构越来越疏松多孔;原状稻壳灰粉磨有利于改善细化其内部孔结构。 Abstract: At present, there are large reserves of rice husk ash without processing which is difficult to be utilized as resource, so the effect of rice husk ash without processing and its grind product on the strength of cement mortar was studied, and the mechanism was analyzed and revealed by the scanning electron microscopy and nitrogen adsorption method, which was also compared with the effect of fly ash. The results indicate that rice husk ash without processing obviously reduces the strengths of cement mortar, and with the increase of its content, the reduction is larger and larger. However, the grind product of rice husk ash without processing greatly increases the strengths of cement mortar, close to those of the control mortar and more than those of cement mortar containing fly ash. Rice husk ash without processing degrades the internal structure of cement mortar, which is looser and looser with the increase of its content. The grind product of rice husk ash without processing is beneficial to refining and improving the internal pore structure.

(1)原状稻壳灰降低了各龄期胶砂试件的抗压和抗折强度,且随着其掺量的增加,降低幅度越来越大,强度增长率较低;与粉煤灰相比,原状稻壳灰劣化了胶砂强度,未见改善效果。
(2)原状稻壳灰粉磨后极大增加了胶砂试件的强度,其强度与基准胶砂接近,大于粉煤灰胶砂试件的强度。
(3)原状稻壳灰劣化了胶砂内部结构,且随着其掺量的增加,内部结构越来越疏松多孔,界面过渡区十分明显;原状稻壳灰增加了胶砂孔隙率,特别是增加了有害孔,同时粗化了孔隙。原状稻壳灰粉磨后有利于改善并细化内部孔结构。
