混杂纤维混凝土在桥面铺装中的应用研究

摘 要:通过试验,研究开发了一种集优越力学性能和良好耐久性能于一体,既能满足桥面铺装层的功能要求又能解决桥面铺装层早期破坏和耐久性低问题的新型桥面铺装材料——混杂纤维混凝土。引入聚丙烯仿钢丝粗纤维来代替部分钢纤维,既可降低工程造价又可降低铺装层的自重,其对纤维混凝土力学性能及耐久性能的提高可和钢纤维媲美,甚至比掺单钢纤维更高。在混杂纤维混凝土中掺入膨胀剂和引气剂,与素混凝土和单一纤维混凝土相比,抗弯强度、弯曲韧性明显改善,抗渗等级提高到29级,抗冻融性能也有一定程度的提高,耐久性显示出明显的优势,是桥面铺装材料的理想选择。
Absract: A set of new bridge deck pavement materials - hybrid fiber reinforced concrete is studied and developed by experiment, which have excellent mechanical properties and good durability, and can meet the functional requirements of bridge deck pavement and resovle early damage and the problem of low durability. Not only the project's cost but also the weight of pavement layer can be reduced by polypropylene imitation steel wire fiber insteading of parts of steel fiber. Furthermore, the mechanical properties and durability of hybrid fiber reinforced concrete can be improved even than steel fibers. By admixturing with expansive agent and air-entraining agent, compared with steel fiber reinforced concrete and plain concrete, the composites has significantly improved the flexural strength and toughness, and the permeability grade is increased to 29. In addition, anti-freeze-thaw performance has also been a certain increased. The durability demonstrates a significant advantage and the composites will be an ideal choice for bridge deck pavement materials.
