早强降黏型复合掺合料对盾构管片混凝土性能的影响
Abstract: The workability, curing age, the strength for moulding, mechanical properties and long-term durability of the concrete for tunnel segment after the improvement of composite admixture with early strength and viscosity-reducing function were investigated. The results show that the composite admixture can reduce the viscosity of fresh concrete to some extent as well as the strength for moulding and early strength are both enhanced at the same time, thereby improving the exterior quality and durability of concrete of the shield tunnel segment and the turnover rate of template.

摘要:研究了早强降黏型复合掺合料对盾构管片混凝土的工作性、养护时间、脱模强度、力学性能和长期耐久性能的影响。结果表明,掺加早强降黏型复合掺合料能够在一定程度上降低混凝土拌合物的黏度,提高混凝土的脱模强度及早期强度,从而改善盾构管片混凝土的外观,提高盾构管片模板周转率,对混凝土的耐久性能也有一定的提升。
Abstract: The workability, curing age, the strength for moulding, mechanical properties and long-term durability of the concrete for tunnel segment after the improvement of composite admixture with early strength and viscosity-reducing function were investigated.
