摘 要:将不同钢粒掺量(0、5%、10%、20%)和1.2 kg/m3聚丙烯纤维掺入再生骨料取代率为100%的再生混凝土中,研究其工作性和力学性能。结果表明,钢粒可以有效改善聚丙烯纤维再生混凝土的流动性,且对其保水性能影响较小;不同钢粒掺量会引起聚丙烯纤维再生混凝土抗压强度波动,随着钢粒掺量的增加其劈拉强度有一定降低,较优的钢粒掺量为5%。 Abstract: To study the working performance and mechanical properties of recycled concrete with 100% replacement rate of recycled aggregate, different steel content (0, 5%, 10%, 20%) and 1.2 kg/m3 polypropylene fiber were mixed into recycled concrete. The results show that the fluidity of polypropylene fiber recycled concrete can be effectively improved by adding steel particles, and there is a little influence on water retention property of concrete. The different content of steel particles causes the fluctuation of compressive strength of polypropylene fiber recycled concrete, and the splitting tensile strength of concrete is reduced to a certain extent with the increase of steel particles and the better steel particles content of polypropylene recycled concrete is 5%.

摘 要:通过对某地下车库混凝土框架柱的施工质量缺陷进行分析,得到施工质量缺陷产生的原因、危害、影响范围等。根据缺陷情况制定了相应的加固处理方案,指出了混凝土框架结构浇筑施工时应注意的关键点。 Abstract: By analyzing the construction quality defects of concrete frame columns in an underground garage, the causes, harm and influence range of the construction quality defects are obtained. The corresponding reinforcement schemes are worked out according to the defects and the key points that should be paid attention to in pouring construction of concrete frame structure are emphasized.

摘 要:以重庆市寨子坪大桥为工程背景,研究了管冷的布置线形、布置间距、入水方向以及入水温度对承台水化热分析的影响。通过研究冷水管的三种布置形状和两种入水方式,同时改变冷水管布置间距、入水水温等参数,得到了冷水管布置形状和入水方式对承台水化热分析的影响规律,并对冷水管布置间距和入水水温提出了建议取值。 Abstract: Taking the Zhaiziping Bridge in Chongqing as the engineering background, the effects of tube cooling layout line, arrangement spacing, inlet water direction and inlet water temperature on the hydration heat analysis of the cap are studied. By studying the three layout shapes of the cold water pipe and the two water inlet modes, and changing the parameters such as the interval of the cold water pipe and the water temperature of the water inlet, the law of influence of the layout line of the cold water pipe and the water inlet mode on the hydration heat analysis of the cap is obtained. Suggested values are proposed for the spacing of the cold water pipes and the temperature of the incoming water.

摘 要:结合短切玻璃纤维的特征,对EN 14649:2005(E)《预制混凝土制品-水泥和混凝土中玻璃纤维残留强力的测试方法(SIC TEST)》(欧标)中长玻璃纤维耐碱性能测试方法进行了改进,研发出了一种适用于短切玻璃纤维耐碱性能的测试方法。采用欧标法及改进欧标法对同一品种的玻璃纤维进行试验,同时进行了平行试验以验证改进欧标法的可靠性。结果表明,对于短切玻璃纤维而言,改进欧标法相较于欧标法具有更好的适用性;两种方法的试验结果具有一致性,说明了改进欧标法具有较强的实用性和可操作性。 Abstract:According to the characteristics of chopped glass fibers, the testing method of alkali resistance of long glass fibers in EN 14649:2005 (E) Precast concrete products-Test method for strength retention of glass fibers in cement and concrete (SIC test) was improved. The glass fibers of the same variety were tested and compared using the Eurocode method and the improved Eurocode method, then the relevant parallel experiments were carried out to verify the reliability of the improved European standard method. The results show that , the improved Eurocode method has better applicability than the Eurocode method for testing alkali resistance of the chopped glass fibers. The experimental results of the two methods are consistent, which indicates that the improved Eurocode method has strong practicability and operability.

摘 要:基于有限元分析建立了钢筋混凝土框架节点不同受火时间的温度场模型及火后的力学计算模型,采用热力耦合的方法,对节点进行低周反复加载,研究火后节点的抗震性能包括滞回曲线、骨架曲线的变化规律。结果表明,未受火和不同受火时间下,节点弹性阶段承载力几乎不变,而极限承载力在受火后将出现不同程度的降低,随着受火时间的增加,结构的承载力和刚度明显降低。 Abstract: The temperature field model of the reinforced concrete frame joints with different fire time and the mechanical calculation model after fire are established based on the finite element analysis. The joints are subjected to low cyclic loading. The post-fire seismic performance of the joints including the variation of the hysteresis curve and the skeleton curve are investigated by using the thermomechanical coupling method. The results show that the bearing capacity in the elastic phase is almost invariable under different fire time, and the ultimate bearing capacity will decrease in different degrees after the fire. The bearing capacity and stiffness of the structure are evidently reduced with the increase of fire time.

摘 要:通过研究高钛矿渣堆积空隙率、细钛矿渣用量对高钛矿渣空心砌块基体材料的抗压强度、干密度的影响,结合前期实验结果进行配合比的优化调整,在此基础上,进行了混凝土空心砌块的实际生产。结果表明,筛分后的高钛矿渣质量比为m(>1.16 mm)∶m(<1.16 mm)=6∶4时,其空隙率最低为20.2%,此搭配下水泥用量最低,除去用水量,最佳水泥用量为18%左右,与前期实验结果一致;随细钛矿渣用量增加,基体材料抗压强度先增加后降低,干密度变化不大;在相同水泥用量的条件下,细钛矿渣的掺入量越多,其抗压强度越高;优化配比后水泥用量可降至10%,其配比为m(高钛矿渣)∶m(水泥)∶m(脱硫石膏)∶m(细钛矿渣)=75∶10∶5∶10,可制备出抗压强度为5.7 MPa,干密度为1 086 kg/m3,MU5.0的低碳轻骨料空心砌块。 Abstract: The effects of high-titanium slag bulk porosity and fine titanium slag dosage on the compressive strength and dry density of high-titanium slag hollow block matrix materials were studied, and the blending ratio was optimized and adjusted based on the previous experimental results. The actual production of concrete hollow blocks is canried ast. The results show that the mass ratio of high titanium slag after sieving is m(>1.16 mm)∶m(<1.16 mm)=6∶4, the lowest void ratio is 20.2%. The optimum cement dosage is about 18%, which is consistent with the previous experimental results; as the amount of fine titanium slag increases, the compressive strength of the matrix material increases and then decreases, and the dry density does not change much; under the same cement dosage, the higher the amount of the fine titanium slag, the higher the compressive strength; the optimum amount of cement can be reduced to 10%, and the ratio is m(high titanium slag)∶m(cement)∶m(desulfurized gypsum)∶m(fine titanium slag)=75∶10∶5∶10, a low carbon light aggregate hollow block with a compressive strength of 5.7 MPa, a dry density of 1 086 kg/m3, and MU5.0 can be prepared.

摘 要:试验研究了不同纵向受拉钢筋配筋率的自密实轻骨料混凝土梁和普通钢筋混凝土梁的抗弯性能。结果表明,在同级荷载作用下,自密实轻骨料混凝土梁纯弯段的裂缝分布较普通钢筋混凝土梁均匀,其极限抗弯承载力和截面刚度较小,各试验梁在受力过程中正截面平均应变符合平截面假定;通过增加受拉钢筋配筋率能够有效抑制裂缝的发展、增大截面刚度和提高极限抗弯承载力。提出了自密实轻骨料混凝土梁最大裂缝宽度计算公式,验证了GB 50010—2010《混凝土结构设计规范》中的梁的抗弯极限承载力计算公式适用于本文设计的试验梁,计算结果与试验结果均吻合。 Abtract: In this paper, the flexural performance tests are carried out on self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete beams and ordinary reinforced concrete beams with different longitudinal tensile reinforcement ratios. The results showed that the crack distribution of the pure curved section of the self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete beam is more uniform than that of the ordinary reinforced concrete beam under the same-stage load. Meanwhile, ultimate bending capacity and section stiffness are small, and the average section normal strain in stress process is in accordance with the plane section assumption. By increasing the reinforcement ratio of the tensile steel bars, the development of cracks can be effectively suppressed, the section stiffness can be increased, and ultimate flexural capacity can be improved. In addition, the formula for calculating the maximum crack width of self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete beam is proposed. It is verified that the calculation formula of the ultimate bearing capacity of the beam in the Code for GB 50010—2010Concrete Structure Design is applicable to the test beam designed in this paper. The calculated results agree well with the test results.

摘 要:混凝土叠合构件(梁、板)是装配式建筑主要使用的水平受力构件。钢筋混凝土叠合构件、预应力混凝土叠合构件在一次受力、二次受力作用下呈现不同的受力、变形特点。本文阐述了一次、二次受力叠合构件的受力、变形机理,系统总结了叠合构件弯曲变形计算关键参数短期刚度的8种计算方法;论述了这8种方法的基本原理、适用范围,讨论了各方法典型的计算公式以及各国规范公式的推导要点;探讨了叠合构件短期刚度计算方法需要进一步研究的问题。 Abstract: Concrete composite beams and slabs are main members under horizontal loads in prefabricated building. There are different mechanical and deformation performance of concrete composite members according to reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete in one stage of loading and two stages of loading upon the serviceability limit state. Firstly, special mechanical and deformation performance of the concrete composite members one stage of loading and two stages of loading were introduced. Secondly, eight kinds of calculating methods for short-term stiffness under bending were summarized which was the important parameter for deformation of concrete composite members. The basic principle and scope of application of eight calculating methods were described in which the major points of the deviation of several typical formulas and the current code formulas were emphasized. Finally, it was discussed the issues of calculating methods for short-term stiffness of concrete composite members, which needs further research.

摘 要:为了研究纤维掺入方式和快速养护方式对玄武岩纤维混凝土(BFRC)抗压强度的影响规律,采用对照试验方法,每种方式设计五组配合比,并将试件养护7 d和28 d后进行抗压强度试验,得出最佳掺量值和最佳掺入方式。同时在最佳玄武岩纤维(BF)掺量下,对BFRC试件7 d和28 d试块裂缝出现及发展过程进行数据采集记录;基于素混凝土试件的破坏模式,对BFRC试件破坏形态进行描述。根据试件裂缝出现、发展及破坏时对应的荷载进行对比分析,得出6 kg/m3玄武岩纤维可以有效改善混凝土抗压强度及受压破坏变形。 Abstract: In order to study the influence of fiber mixing method and fast curing method on the compressive strength of basalt fiber reinforced concrete (BFRC), five groups of mixing ratios were designed for each method, and the compressive strength test was carried out after the specimens were cured for 7 d and 28 d, and the optimum mixing amount and the optimum mixing method were obtained. At the same time, under the optimum BF content, the crack occurrence and development process of BFRC test block in 7 d and 28 d were recorded. Based on the failure mode of plain concrete test block, the failure mode of BFRC test block was described. According to the comparative analysis of the corresponding loads when cracks appear, develop and destroy, it is concluded that 6 kg/m3 basalt fiber can effectively improve the compressive strength and deformation of concrete.
