掺耐腐蚀早强超塑化剂的PHC管桩混凝土性能研究

摘 要:为提高管桩混凝土耐腐蚀的性能,采用氯离子渗透、抗化学侵蚀等试验方法来研究耐腐蚀早强超塑化剂对HPC管桩性能的影响,并且对混凝土耐腐蚀早强超塑化剂的作用机理进行分析。相关试验结果表明:掺耐腐蚀早强超塑化剂的HPC管桩混凝土表现出优良的抗压强度和耐久性能,相关性能指标均优于掺普通外加剂的管桩混凝土。
Abstract: In order to improve the corrosion resistance performance of concrete piles, the testing methods of chloride ion permeability, anti-chemical erosion et al. are used to research the effects of super plasticizer for corrosion resistance and early strength on the performance of HPC piles; and the mechanism of concrete super plasticizer for corrosion resistance and early strength is analyzed. Relative testing results show that the HPC piles mixing super plasticizer for corrosion resistance and early strength show excellent compressive strength and durability performance, and related property indexes are better than the concrete piles mixing ordinary admixtures.
