碳纤维布约束钢筋混凝土轴心受压柱的力学性能研究

摘 要:对碳纤维布约束的钢筋混凝土柱进行了轴压性能试验,研究了混凝土强度、碳纤维布的包裹方式及碳纤维布抗拉强度等因素对约束钢筋混凝土柱的极限承载力及变形等力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着混凝土强度的增加,碳纤维布约束加固效果将会降低,碳纤维布强度对其加固效果的影响也逐渐降低。在混凝土强度较低的情况下,采用高强一级碳纤维布加固效果较好;在相同碳纤维布体积加固率的条件下,采用全包碳纤维布约束混凝土的加固方式比间隔包裹碳纤维布条带效果更好。
Abstract: An axial compression experiment of reinforced concrete columns confined with carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP) sheets was tested. The effects of concrete strength, the way of CFRP sheets wrapped and the tensile strength of CFRP on the ultimate bearing capacity and deformation properties of reinforced concrete columns confined with CFRP are studied. The results indicate that the increasing concrete strength will reduce the reinforcement effect of CFRP sheets, and the strength effect of CFRP will be gradually reduced too. The reinforcement effect of high-strength CFRP is better in the case of low concrete strength. The reinforcement way of entirely wrap of reinforced concrete columns confined with CFRP is better than the reinforcement way of interval wrap under the condition of same volumn reinforcement rate of CFRP sheets.
