常温与蒸压条件下陶瓷抛光砖粉的反应活性及其应用研究

摘 要:采用IR、XRD、SEM以及EDS等方法研究了陶瓷抛光砖粉常温与蒸压条件下的反应活性。研究结果表明:抛光砖粉的水泥胶砂强度活性指数为83%,具有较高的反应活性,但其含有一定量的氯离子及较高的需水量,限制了作为水泥混合材的使用。陶瓷抛光砖粉在蒸压条件下具有更高的反应活性,石灰-抛光砖粉蒸压制品生成Ca/Si为1.58的水化产物,且所制备的蒸压制品强度较高。因此陶瓷抛光砖粉作为硅酸盐蒸压制品的主要原料,在新型墙体材料工业可得到大量的应用,不仅可节约资源,减少环境负荷,且对陶瓷工业的可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。
Abstract: Hydration ability of ceramic polishing brick powder under normal temperature and autocalved condition is studied by IR, XRD, SEM and EDS. The results indicate that the activity index of cement sand strength of polishing brick powder is 83%, which means that polishing brick powder had high hydration ability, but there is the limitation when it is used as cement admixture because of containing chloride ion and high water requirement. Autoclaved condition is beneficial to inspire hydration ability for ceramic polishing brick powder and calcium-ceramic polishing brick powder products are converted into hydration products, whose ratio of Ca/Si is 1.58, and the strength of autoclaved products is higher. Therefore, as ceramic polishing brick powder to be the main material of autoclaved silicate products, it can be widely applied to new walling materials industry, which can not only save resources and reduce the environmental loading, but also has the great significance for sustainable development of ceramic industry.
