碳纤维增强复合材料约束混凝土的温度应力分析

摘 要:混凝土与碳纤维的热膨胀系数不同,在温差作用下,两种材料各自的自由变形受到约束,从而产生了温度应力。通常,温度应力随着温差增大而增大。应用ANSYS软件分别对降温温差30℃、40℃、50℃、60℃时碳纤维布约束混凝土的温度应力进行了分析,以期对寒冷地区用碳纤维增强复合材料加固混凝土结构时,对温度应力的控制有所帮助。
Abstract:Because the thermal expansion coefficient is different between CFRP and concrete,temperature stress is produced when the free form deformations of two kinds of materials are confined under the temperature difference. Usually, temperature stress increases when the temperature difference increases. By the ANSYS software, under the cooling temperature difference of 30℃, 40℃, 50℃ and 60℃, the temperature stress of reinforced concrete columns confined with CFRPs is analyzed . The purpose is that it can be helpful to the control of temperature stresses of reinforced concrete columns confined with CFRPs in cold areas.
