摘 要：概述了芯模振动制管工艺的应用情况及特点，分析和阐述了芯模振动的基本原理和基本理论，提出了针对原材料、混凝土、喂料、振动与碾压成型、养护以及工艺布局、工作坑和设备安装等质量控制要点，并提示了应依据振动原理和振动理论进行芯模振动制管工艺的设计、生产与质量控制，这有助于加深对芯模振动的认识、理解与应用。
Abstract: Application and characteristics of core vibrated tube-making process are summarized. Basic principle and theory of core vibrated casting process are analyzed and represented. Quality control points of raw materials, concrete, feeding, vibrating, roller compaction confectioning, curing, technics layout, work pit and equipment installation are brought forward., The design, production and quality controls of core vibrated tube-making process should be made according to the principle and theory of vibration, and it is useful to acquaint, understand and apply the core vibrated casting process in depth.
