环形混凝土电杆挠度测量不确定度分析
Abstract: The application of measurement uncertainty in the mechanical test of circular concrete poles was studied, and the uncertainty of gauge length measurement, fulcrum displacement and load sensor error were evaluated. Through the design of the mathematical model, the source of each uncertainty was analyzed, and the sensitivity coefficients of each influencing factor were calculated. Finally, the uncertainty analysis results were given according to the uncertainty propagation rate synthesis. The analysis shows that in all the factors affecting the deflection measurement of the circular concrete pole, the influence of the gauge length is small, and its influence on the deflection can be negligible.

摘要:研究了不确定度在电杆力学试验中的应用,分别对标距测量、支点位移、荷载传感器误差进行了不确定度评定。通过设计建立数学模型,初步分析了各不确定度的来源,并计算了各影响因素的灵敏度系数,最后根据不确定度传播率合成,给出了不确定度分析结果。结果表明,在所有对电杆挠度测量的影响因素中,由于标距L、L2测量的灵敏度系数较小,其对挠度的影响可忽略。
