摘 要:为研究废陶瓷对混凝土力学性能的影响,选取了六种不同状态的废陶瓷以0、45%、50%、55%、60%、65%、70%、75%、100%的取代率等质量替换天然石子,共制作了294个废陶瓷混凝土抗压试件和抗折试件,养护28 d后分别测试其抗压强度和抗折强度。通过对试验数据的分析,研究了不同废陶瓷取代率对混凝土抗压强度和抗折强度的影响,并运用回归分析方法建立了不同废陶瓷取代率下废陶瓷混凝土抗压强度和抗折强度的预测公式。 Abstract: In order to study the effect of waste ceramics on the mechanical properties of concrete, a systematic study was conducted to replace natural stones with mass such as 0, 45%, 50%, 55%, 60%, 65%, 70%, 75%, 100% replacement rate. Six kinds of waste ceramics in different states were selected to make a total of 294 standard compressive and standard flexural specimens of waste ceramic concrete. After curing for 28 days, the standard compressive strength and flexural strength were tested respectively. Based on the analysis of experimental data, the effects of different replacement rates of waste ceramics on the standard compressive strength and flexural strength were studied. The regression analysis method is used to establish the prediction formula of the standard compressive strength and flexural strength of the waste ceramic concrete with different replacement rates.

摘 要:为探索建筑垃圾再生微粉用作掺合料的可行性,制备了三种细度的废砖、废混凝土再生微粉,测试其物化性质,并研究不同组成、细度、掺量的再生微粉对水泥胶砂性能的影响。结果表明,组成对水泥胶砂性能影响不大,细度和掺量有较大影响;Ⅱ级再生微粉工作性较好、强度较高;掺量在20%以内对胶砂流动性的降低并不明显,且抗压、抗折强度比分别在85%、75%以上。 Abstract: In order to explore the feasibility of using recycled powder as admixture,waste bricks and waste concrete recycled powder were prepared in three kinds of fineness. The physicochemical properties were tested and the effects of different compositions, fineness and dosage of recycled powder on the performance of cement mortar were studied. The results show that the composition has little effect on the performance of cement mortar, and the fineness and dosage has great influence. The grade II recycled powder has better working performance and higher strength; the reduction of the fluidity of the mortar within 20% is not obvious, and the compressive and flexural strength ratios are above 85% and 75% respectively.

摘 要:通过昆明南站钻孔灌注桩的工程应用实例,介绍了厚砂层地基中灌注桩基施工的工程特点,并对3种施工方案进行比选,最终确定选用优化后的“浅护筒加泥浆护壁”工艺,该方法保证了桩基施工的安全、质量、进度。同时,对泥浆制备与循环、钢筋骨架制作与安装、混凝土灌注等施工关键技术的控制进行了论述,解决了下穿厚砂层地基中钻孔灌注桩施工的难题。 Abstract: Through engineering application examples of bored cast-in-place piles in Kunming south railway station, the engineering features of the construction of cast-in-place pile foundation in thick sand layer foundation are introduced, and the comparison of three construction schemes is carried out. Finally, the optimized shallow casing with mud protection drilled bores technology is selected, which guarantees safety, quality and progress. At the same time, slurry preparation and circulation, construction and installation of reinforcement cages, concrete infusion and other construction methods are discussed, the difficulties in construction of bored cast-in-place piles under the thick sand layer foundation are solved.

摘 要:南京长江公铁大桥封闭修缮前,在铁路线运营时对混凝土浇筑部位的扰动信息进行了采集与分析,获取了不同方位的振幅与频率。利用振筛试验机模拟浇筑部位的三维扰动,设计并研究了不同扰动制度对混凝土力学性能的影响。结果表明,初凝后1 h起振及持续振动的混凝土试块受扰动后损伤最为严重,抗压强度最大降低幅度为25%左右,抗折强度几乎降为零;初凝前1 h起振的混凝土受扰动之后,试块表面剥落严重,均匀性降低导致强度下降15%左右。 Abstract: Before the closure and repair of Nanjing Chang Jiang Railway Bridge,the vibration information at concrete placement under railway operating is gathered and analyzed ,then amplitude and frequency in different directions are obtained. Tthe influence of different 3D vibration systems on the strength of concrete is studied, based on the shaker tester. Results show that the damage of concrete at 3D vibration systems, start vibrating one hour after initial set and continuous vibrating, are the most serious. The reduction of compressive strength is about 25%, while the flexural strength is almost zero. The reductions of strength of concretes at 3D vibration systems which start vibrating at and before initial set are about 15%,while the surface of the test concretes are seriously peeled off.

摘 要:以桩基检测技术的基本原理为研究基础,综合国内外常用的桩基检测方法及工程应用等发展动态,对桩身完整性、基桩承载力和强度展开讨论,指出了桩基工程质量检测技术的优势及其局限性,提出了桩基检测技术未来的研究方向和发展前景。 Abstract: Taking the basic principle of pile foundation detection technology as the research foundation, comprehensive development of pile foundation detection methods and engineering applications at home and abroad, the pile integrity, pile bearing capacity and strength are discussed, and the quality inspection of pile foundation engineering is pointed out. The advantages of technology and its limitations. The future research directions and development prospects of pile foundation detection technology are briefly described.

摘 要:为定量研究玻化微珠砂浆在搅拌过程中骨料分布均匀性受搅拌条件的影响,对新拌玻化微珠砂浆中的骨料进行分离,并根据分离得到的骨料与砂浆质量占比,定义了评价新拌砂浆中骨料分布均匀性的均匀度指数。试验结果表明:新拌砂浆中骨料分布均匀性随搅拌时间的延长呈先优化后劣化的变化趋势,搅拌过程中存在最优均匀度;卧式与立式搅拌机均在搅拌至4 min时达到最佳均匀度,卧式搅拌机的新拌砂浆中骨料分布均匀度优于立式搅拌机;玻化微珠骨料参与搅拌的时间相同时,采用先搅拌后投入玻化微珠骨料的方式能够优化骨料分布的均匀性。更高的搅拌机转速能更快提升新拌玻化微珠砂浆均匀度,但是较低的搅拌机转速下拌和的新拌玻化微珠砂浆极限均匀度更优,达到极限的耗时更长。 Abstract: In order to quantitatively study the uniformity of aggregate distribution during the stirring process of glazed hollow bead mortar, the aggregate of the fresh glazed hollow bead mortar was separated. According to the mass ratio of aggregate and mortar obtained by separation, the uniformity index for evaluating the uniformity of aggregate distribution in fresh mortar is defined. The test results show that the uniformity of aggregate distribution in fresh mortar is firstly optimized and then deteriorated with the extension of stirring time, and the optimum uniformity exists during the mixing process. Both horizontal and vertical mixers achieve optimum uniformity when stirred for 4 minutes. The uniformity of aggregate distribution in the new mortar of the horizontal mixer is better than that of the vertical mixer; when the glazed hollow bead aggregates participate in the same stirring time, the uniformity of aggregate distribution can be optimized by first mixing and then feeding into vitrified microbead aggregates. Higher mixer speeds can increase the uniformity of fresh glazed hollow bead mortar faster, but the fresh glazed hollow bead mortar blended at lower mixer speeds has better uniformity and longer time to limit.

摘 要:针对实际工程中常用的压型钢板-钢筋桁架组合楼板存在的不足之处,将压型钢板替换为可拆卸的木塑模板,以形成一种新型组合楼板。试验研究了两个可拆式钢筋桁架混凝土楼板的承载力。结果表明,可拆式钢筋桁架混凝土楼板正常使用阶段的破坏形态与普通楼板相似,并提出了适宜可拆式钢筋桁架混凝土楼板的承载力计算公式。同时通过分析底部木塑模板对整体承载力的影响,认为可拆式钢筋桁架模板是一种值得推广应用的楼板形式。 Abstract: In view of the shortcomings of the profiled steel plate-reinforced truss composite floor slab commonly used in practical engineering, the profiled steel plate was replaced with a detachable wood plastic formwork to form a new composite slab. The bearing capacity test of two detachable reinforced concrete slabs were carried out. The results show that the failure mode of the detachable reinforced concrete slabs in normal use is similar to that of ordinary slabs, and the suitable reinforced concrete truss concrete is proposed. The calculation formula of the bearing capacity of the floor. At the same time, the analysis of the bottom wood-plastic formwork has a certain impact on the overall bearing capacity, the detachable reinforced truss formwork is a form of slab that is worthy of popularization and application.

摘 要:在研发一种以玻璃轻石为骨料的轻质混凝土的基础上,研制了玻璃轻石混凝土自保温砌块。为了得到最优的自保温砌块的孔型设计方案,设计了三种自保温砌块孔型,利用ABAQUS有限元软件进行数值模拟,研究块型对热工性能的影响,得到有利用实际生产和工程应用的孔型方案。结果表明,三种块型的导热系数减小在17.1%以上。增大孔洞率、减小孔间距可以减小热桥的横截面积,有利于提高空心砌块的保温隔热能力。 Abstract: Based on the research and development of a kind of lightweight concrete with glass lightweight stone as aggregate, the self-insulation block of glass lightweight stone concrete is further developed. In order to obtain the optimal hole design of self-insulating block, three self-insulating block holes were designed. The ABAQUS finite element software was used for numerical simulation to study the influence of block type on thermal performance. Hole plan for production and engineering applications. The results show that the thermal conductivity of the three block types is reduced by 17.1% or more. Increasing the hole rate and reducing the hole spacing can reduce the cross-sectional area of the thermal bridge, which is beneficial to improve the thermal insulation capacity of the hollow block.

摘 要:阐述了化学发泡法制备泡沫混凝土的过程,分析了泡沫混凝土裂缝产生的主要原因,并提出如何减少这些裂缝的措施。研究表明:新拌泡沫混凝土料浆的均匀性和稳定性是化学发泡泡沫混凝土产品质量的关键;发泡膨胀和凝结时呈现的不均匀性是裂缝产生的主要原因,温差应力是次要原因;研制的平衡压板法可有效减少泡沫混凝土料浆和胚体的裂缝。 Abstract: The process of making foamed concrete by chemical foaming method was represented, the main causes of foam concrete cracks were analyzed, measures of reducing the cracks were also offered. Researches show that the uniformity and stability of fresh foam concrete slurry is key to the quality of chemical foam concrete, then unevenness of foaming expansion and condensation is the main cause of cracks, and the thermal stress is the secondary cause, besides, balanced platen method could reduce the cracks effectively.

摘 要:将玄武岩纤维作为外掺材料掺入水泥固化风积砂中,对不同水泥掺量及玄武岩纤维掺量的水泥固化风积砂进行无侧限抗压强度试验研究。结果表明,在水泥固化风积砂中掺入玄武岩纤维后,玄武岩纤维可在水泥固化风积砂中均匀分布,形成一种良好的相互交错的支撑体系;掺入玄武岩纤维可以提高试件强度,且在纤维含量为0.5%时试件的抗压强度最大;随着水泥掺量的增加和龄期的增长,掺纤维水泥固化风积砂的抗压强度逐渐增加。 Abstract: Using basalt fiber as a additive mixture with cement solidified aeowan sand, the experiment on unconfined compressive strength of solidified aeowan sand with different dosages of cement and basalt fiber is carried out. The results show that after adding basalt fibers into the cement solidified aeowan sand, basalt fibers are evenly distributed in the cement solidified aeowan sand, developing a kind of interrelated supporting system; the compressive strength could be enhanced as the contribution of adding basalt fibers and the compressive strength rise to the peak when the dosage of basalt fibers is 0.5%; along with the increasing of the dosage of cement and age, the compressive strength is gradually increasing.
