摘 要:基于北方寒冷地区海洋环境混凝土结构工程的技术要求,利用大掺量矿物掺合料(40%、50%)来改善混凝土内部的微观结构,提高其密实度,其中,硅灰的掺量为3%。分别制备了不同强度等级的海工混凝土,并研究了其抗Cl-渗透性能、抗冻性指标及微观结构。结果表明,C45~C60海工混凝土的抗Cl-渗透等级均在RCM-Ⅲ级及以上,性能优良;经300次冻融循环后,各系列海工混凝土的质量损失率最高为3.4%,相对动弹性模量最低为73%,完全满足了F300的海工混凝土抗冻性能要求。
Abstract: Based on the technical requirements of marine environmental engineering concrete structure in the cold area of the north China, the internal microscopic structure of concrete is improved by adding high content mineral admixtures(40%, 50%) in order to improve its compactness, in which silicon ash content is 3%. Different strength grade of marine engineering concrete is prepared, and the index of Cl- permeability resistance, frost resistance and micro-structure are studied. The results show that the Cl- penetration level of C45,C60 concrete is above RCM-Ⅲ level, so the resistance to Cl- permeability is excellent; the degree of compactness of concrete is the key factor affecting its frost resistance. After 300 freeze-thaw cycles, the quality loss rate of various series of marine concrete is the highest (3.4%), and the relative dynamic elastic modulus is the lowest (73%), which fully meets the frost resistance requirements of Marine concrete F300.
