摘 要:采用常压蒸汽养护方式,以硅粉为掺合料配制了强度等级为C85的混凝土,研究了硅粉掺量对混凝土布料成型和强度的影响,并结合生产实际情况,参考PHC管桩离心成型和蒸汽养护工艺制度,确定了无余浆生产竹节桩的离心成型及蒸汽养护工艺制度。
Abstract: The pretensioned spun knot piles of C85 concrete with silicon fume was prepared by using atmospheric pressure steam curing method, the influence of silica fume content on the formation and strength of pretensioned spun concrete knot piles was studied. Combined with the actual production situation, the spun forming and steam curing process of PHC pipe, the spun forming and steam curing technology system of pretensioned centrufugal concrete knot piles with free-paste was put forward..
