摘 要:介绍了港珠澳大桥澳门口岸管理区大型多层停车库薄壁清水混凝土配制技术。通过建立新拌混凝土性能量化参数,试验验证了胶凝材料用量、水胶比、矿粉、外加剂等对清水混凝土性能的影响。根据确定的性能量化参数及试验方法进行了薄壁结构清水混凝土性能配合比设计。验证结果表明,所配置的清水混凝土均符合项目中对薄壁清水混凝土性能的要求。
Abstract: The preparation technology of thin-walled structure fair-faced concrete for Large multi-storey parking garage in Macao port management zone of Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao bridge was introduced. The quantitative parameters of fresh concrete performance were established, and the effects of cementing material dosage, W/B, mineral powder and admixture on the performance of fair-faced concrete were tested. According to the determined performance quantification parameters and test methods, the performance mix design of thin-walled structure fair-faced concrete was carried out. On-site verification of the design mix ratio indicates that the results meet the requirements for the performance of thin-walled fair-faced concrete in the project.
