摘 要:以某产业园项目为背景,提出了装配式混凝土仓顶结构的建造方案。基于BIM平台建立仓顶结构预制构件库,对项目进行了施工全过程管理模拟,基于广联达工程预算计价平台,采用定额组价方法对两种建造方式的仓顶结构直接成本进行了对比分析。研究表明,装配式仓顶结构与传统式仓顶结构相比可大幅度降低成本、缩短工期、减少资源浪费、降低风险,具有较好的技术经济优势和推广价值。
Abstract: A construction scheme of the roof structure is proposed for the project of a industrial park. BIM software was used to build a roof structure prefabricated component library, simulation construction process management of the project was carried out. The direct costs of the roof structure of two construction methods were contrasted and analyzed by using the method of fixed set of price. The research shows that the assembled warehouse roof structure can greatly reduce the cost, shorten the construction period, reduce the waste of resources and reduce the risk compared with the traditional warehouse roof structure, and has better technical and economic advantages and better popularization value.
