植生型生态混凝土孔隙碱性水环境改善的研究

摘 要:通过对多组生态混凝土孔隙水环境pH值的测定,考察了孔隙状态、高效减水剂以及蜡封方法对孔隙碱性水环境的影响。结果表明,生态混凝土孔隙水环境的pH值与孔隙的平均孔径成反比关系,与全孔隙率则没有明确的相关性。高效减水剂的掺量对孔隙水环境也有一定的影响,随着掺量的上升,pH值可降低0.5甚至更大些。对生态混凝土采用蜡封可有效抑制碱性物质向外界的释放,从而可使孔隙水环境pH值降低0.5~1,而且混凝土孔隙状态不会受到较大的影响。生态混凝土经过配合比的优化以及蜡封处理后,孔隙状态和孔隙水环境均能满足植生性的需要。
Abstract:The pH valume of pore′s water of several kinds of eco-concrete are measured and the influences of factor′s, the pore structure, the dosage of superplasticizer and the means of sealing up by wax, on the pH are investigated. The rezalts show that, the pH is in an inverse ratio with the everage radius of pores, however it has not an abviouse relationship with the porosity. And there is an influence of superplasticizer dosage on the pH, with the dosage is increased, the pH can be decreased 0.5 even more. Besides, the method of sealing up by wax is able to effectively restrain the alkaline materials released to the outside, so the pH can be decreased 0.5~1, while the pore structure can′t be influenced in a larger degree.
