摘 要:超声脉冲法是重要的无损检测方法之一,常用于成熟混凝土强度和缺陷的检验。随着对混凝土早期物理力学性能研究的深入,国内外很多学者开始利用超声波波速法和剪切波反射法对早期混凝土(7d内)物理力学性能进行研究。本文总结了国内外研究的最新动态并提出进一步研究的方向。 Abstract: Ultrasonic Pulse method is one of the most important method at nondestructive testing, often used to check strength and defect in mature concrete. As the growing interest in studying physic and mechanic properties of early age concrete, many scholars at domestic and abroad began to study early age concrete (in 7 days) by Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity method (UPV) and Ultrasonic Shear Waves Reflection method(USWR). It is summarized for the progress in the research and put forward for the developing trend in this paper.

摘   要:超声脉冲法是重要的无损检测方法之一,常用于成熟混凝土强度和缺陷的检验。随着对混凝土早期物理力学性能研究的深入,国内外很多学者开始利用超声波波速法和剪切波反射法对早期混凝土(7d内)物理力学性能进行研究。本文总结了国内外研究的最新动态并提出进一步研究的方向。

Abstract: Ultrasonic Pulse method is one of the most important method at nondestructive testing, often used to check strength and defect in mature concrete. As the growing interest in studying physic and mechanic properties of early age concrete, many scholars at domestic and abroad began to study early age concrete (in 7 days) by Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity method (UPV) and Ultrasonic Shear Waves Reflection method(USWR). It is summarized for the progress in the research and put forward for the developing trend in this paper.

面阐述了超声波波速法和剪切波反射法在混凝土早期特性研究方面的运用。由于波速、反射系数与混凝土的材料本身的物理性能有密切的关系,所以在混凝土硬化时,物理性能若有所变化,可在波速和反射系数中敏感的反映出来。但同时也存在一些问题,需进一步研究。
(1)超声波测试法都是基于弹性波的传播上,与材料的动弹性模量有关,而实际工程运用中,都是基于混凝土静弹性模量。动弹性模量一般都要高于静弹性模量,在运用超声波法测试时,必须建立动、静弹性模量之间的换算关系。
(2)波速、反射系数与混凝土的刚度,即动弹性模量有直接的函数关系,而与混凝土强度没有直接的关系。目前常采用的是通过试验回归分析确定f-v或r-v相关关系曲线来推算,这带有一定的盲目性。而混凝土的物理性能与强度直接有某种必然的联系,如何运用波的传播原理,根据测量的混凝土物理性能和内部结构组成来推算强度值,值得进一步研究。
