梳形共聚物侧链长度对水泥浆体早期性能的影响

摘 要:研究了梳形共聚物侧链长度对水泥浆体的凝结、水化热效应和增强性能的影响。结果表明,随共聚物侧链长度增加,水泥浆凝结时间缩短,早期强度提高。而且梳形共聚物侧链对水泥水化放热性能影响也很显著,添加长侧链梳形共聚物可使水泥水化热平缓释放,放热速率和最高温峰大大降低,但水化热峰值出现的时间提前。
Abstract: The influences of graft chain's length of copolymers on properties of cement paste including of setting, hydration heat and strengthening are studied experimentally. The rezults show that, with increasing the length of graft chains of copolymers, the cement setting time is shortened and the early strength is heigtened. And the effects of copolymer's gtaft chains on emited hydration heat are very remarkable. When the copolymers with long graft chains are added, it is able to make cement paste smoothly releasing the hydration heat and largely lowering the rate of emited heat and the highest peak of temperature, while the occuring time of the peak of hyration heat will be ahead of.
